Key Functions of College Media Committee:

Content Creation and Publication:

Oversee the publication of college newsletters, news paper.

Ensure quality and accuracy in content related to academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities.

2. Media Coverage of Events:

Coordinate media coverage for college events such as seminars, conferences, cultural programs, sports events, and festivals.

Prepare press releases and liaise with external media (newspapers, TV, online platforms) for coverage.

3. Managing Digital Presence:

Share updates, announcements, achievements, and important information through digital channels.

4. Public Relations and Branding:

Build and maintain a positive image of the college through effective media communication.

Highlight college achievements, faculty accomplishments, student successes, and community contributions.

5. Photography and Documentation:

Document key events through photography written reports for records and promotional use.

6. Liaison with External Media:

Maintain healthy relationships with journalists, reporters, and media houses for wider visibility.
