NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME

Two units of boys of the N.S.S. are working in College along with a unit of girls. Under this, N.S.S. camps are organised with the purpose of educating the people socially, politically, hygienically, culturally and ethically.

ACTIVITIES

(1)  Three camps of one day duration each are organised in College.
(2)  A 7 day rural camp is organised in one of the nearest villages. All NSS Sevaks attend this camp.
(3)  A tree plantation camp is organised in College every year on 15th August. Ashoka and Palm trees are planted in the College          campus.
(4)  A Red Ribbon Club was formed in College. The Club conducts awareness activities through Drawing and Quiz Competitions.
(5)  To celebrate N.S.S. Day in College quiz, poster, slogan and drawing competitions are conducted.
